Mamas, don't miss out on The Ultimate Moms Night Out! It is coming up soon on Saturday 11/16/24 from 7pm-11pm at Congregation Ner Tamid. This is Cornerstone's beloved event for moms to get dressed up in costumes, have a fun night of playing bingo, and win beautiful bags while we raise money for our school. Get to know the community and schedule that babysitter! Even if you come after the kids go to bed, you won't regret it.

How do I participate?
How do I participate?
Gather a group of at least 5 people to 12 moms for your table.
Don't have a table? Email Bow at bowmaneeon@gmail.com who will coordinate a table for you to join.
For a $100 donation to the school, your bingo table crew (max 12 people) can arrive 1 hour early at 6pm to select your table and start decorating earlier. Note: You only need to buy this VIP pass ONE TIME for the entire table, not an individual fee per person.
As a group, come up with your theme and decorate the table and wear costumes to win prizes!
Round tables can fit 12 people but if you need a rectangular table, please let us know.
Bring your own food and drinks. Note: The temple that is hosting us does not allow meat. They do allow seafood but not shellfish.
Invite your non-Cornerstone mom friends and alumni to join!

6PM: VIP Check-in to start decorating and select your table
7PM: General Check-in
8PM: Bingo begins. Included in your ticket are NINE rounds of bingo for a designer bag and chances to win prizes. You may purchase additional rounds at the event if you wish to increase your chances of winning.
11PM: Evening ends

We have plenty of volunteer opportunities available:
Volunteer Shifts:
Volunteer Shifts:
Set-Up Crew (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM): Help us prepare the venue for the event, set up tables, bingo supplies, decorations, and more.
Guest Check-In & Bingo Card Distribution: Greet guests as they arrive, check them in, and hand out bingo cards and dabbers.
Raffle & Extra Card Sales: Sell extra bingo cards and raffle tickets during the event.
Clean-Up Crew (Until event is cleared by Temple Staff): Help clean up the venue and ensure everything is packed up and ready for check-out.

If you're unable to volunteer on the day of the event but still want to help, we have several behind-the-scenes opportunities:
Assemble Raffle Baskets
Shop for Bags and Supplies (Reimbursement provided)
Design Item Description Sheets for the bingo bags and raffle prizes.

Monte Carlo Night is our yearly social happening for Cornerstone parents! It will be held on Saturday March 8, 2025 at Norris Pavilion. Enjoy food and music and raffles while raising money for our amazing school. For a limited time only, save on both Designer Bag Bingo AND Monte Carlo Night.
Admission to Monte Carlo Night is $150 per person.
